When you visit the website, we process your IP address, access time, requested page, browser information and, where available, the referring page. Server logs support reliable operation, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. Their retention is limited by a rolling file-size cap.
The legal basis for processing needed to operate and secure the website is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Enquiries and project documents
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, phone number, message and any attached files. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and prepare or carry out work with you. Required fields are marked; the form cannot be submitted without them.
Form submissions are encrypted in transit. Messages are sent through the email service provided by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Strasse 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Messages and attachments are processed in our email inbox; the website does not maintain a separate enquiry database. Technical verification data is stored temporarily to protect against automated submissions.
The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for pre-contractual steps and contracts with you, and Article 6(1)(f) for other business enquiries and communication with company representatives. Article 6(1)(c) applies to statutory retention requirements. We retain enquiries and documents only as long as needed to handle them, maintain business relationships, meet legal retention duties or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
